LEISO LIGHTING(DongGuan)TECH. LIMITED is high-tech enterprise for LED package and application lighting integrated research & development,production,sales and service.Established in November,2007.LEISO locates at DongGuan,capital of world factories,covers an area of about 6,000 square meters totally.It has 160 skillful employees currently including 38 of engineering, QA and R & D staff.The company equipped itself with high standard of clean production area.All manufacturing process is proceeded under purified,closed and anti-static workshop of international standard. LEISO has 5 automatic LED package production lines,2 automatic SCOB package production lines and 2 application lighting assembly lines as well as complete testing facilities such as YF1000 LED photometric,color and electric analysis system,DC switch power supply tester,withstand voltage tester,thermal & electrical property analyzer,salt spray tester,thermal shock chamber and constant temperature & humidity tester etc.
With strong R&D team,advanced facilities and deep understanding and following to latest LED technology,LEISO successfully launches high-tech products continually.For the SCOB(stereoscopic chip on board)light source we made,we obtain several patents including 4 national invention patents,6 structure patents,2 design patents and can be searched in PCT patents.Through using three-dimensional packaging technology and special materials with high thermal conductivity,SCOB has excellent performance compare to existing LED.This is one stereoscopic light source that the light radiate from each direction so the beam angle achieve over 300 degree.Now SCOB offers good solution for the problem that the existing LED light in the market currently can not achieve the same effect with traditional incandescent lamps because of flat LED's narrow beam angle.
