Behind the Sample: How a Counter-Sample Is Born
A counter-sample is the first honest conversation between a drawing and a loom.
It starts with your tech pack — or sometimes just a photo and a sentence. Our pattern room translates it into gauge, yarn count and stitch density, then the first metre comes off the needles within seven working days.
Every counter-sample ships with a spec sheet: weight, measurements, composition and a swatch card. If the hand-feel is not right, we re-knit. Revisions are part of the price, not an extra line on the invoice.
