LEISO LIGHTING（DONGGUAN）TECH. LIMITED, No.5, YouYi Road, ShiMei, WanJiang District, DongGuan City, GuangDong Province, China, referred to herein as “LEISO”, warrants its products to be free from defects of material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years for the luminaire, from date of shipment to the original purchaser. LEISO will under warranty obligation, repair or replace defective part/product at their discretion.
“Warranty Period” will begin at the date of shipment from LEISO. LEISO will repair or replace product covered under this warranty with components of LEISO’s selection and discretion. Advances in technology may lead to “better or advanced” products can be selected for replacement.
Definition of Defect : defects including burn out, loose, broken, un-workable etc., technical and material, workmanship of the luminaire can be considered defect under this warranty obligation. Driver defects specify as functional problem which affect the solid function of the product will be considered as defects under this warranty obligation.
This warranty does not apply to any product or part that has been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, use outside of product design intent, or attempted repair / modification by anyone other than LEISO, or improperly installed and implemented. This includes but not limited to: improper wiring, installation under improper and non-approved operating environments such as temperature, humidity or voltage conditions; improper installation using components that are not LEISO approved. LEISO’s sole liability for defects or breach of warranty shall be repair or replacement of parts involved, and, in no event shall LEISO be liable for special or consequential damages or losses including property damage or other loss as related directly or indirectly to the use of LEISO luminaire. In no event shall LEISO be liable for consequential damages or personal injury caused by installation and transportation or negligence during installation and transportation or adjustment. LEISO claim no liability for the cost of installation, or any other cost incurred during the use of products manufactured by LEISO, and additional labor costs with replacement product. No representative is authorized to assume additional liability for LEISO.
All returns must be LEISO authorized and LEISO agree to return prior to shipping. LEISO will afford return shipping costs, if the damages and defects are proved to be at LEISO’s.
If LEISO finds the product working properly, Buyer may be billed for testing, repackaging, and shipping. If warranty has expired, LEISO will provide a quote to repair prior to making any such repairs. If products was under warranty and LEISO replaces or repairs the defective product, and LEISO will pay for re-shipping to the customer.
LEISO reserves the right to make product specification changes to any product at any time, as deemed necessary without prior notice to the customers.
